During my 8 years teaching preschool, 6 years collaborating with families in San Diego through my business, Ferril’s Pop-Ins, and my 3 years working with students in San Diego through programs at UCSD, my teaching philosophy has maintained a focus community, creativity, flexibility, and approachable challenge as core elements of meaningful learning.
