Cancellation Policy

CLASSIC, ADVENTURE DAY, BIRTHDAY, & YE OLDE TYME BABYSITTING POP-INS: Payment due in full within within 48 hours of Pop-In Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance of scheduled Pop-In will receive a 100% refund if paid in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled Pop-In will be subject to full payment regardless of circumstance. All electronic payments are subject to 2.9% transaction service fee. POP-IN SUMMER CAMP: Camp fees are non-refundable
